8:33 p.m. Update: UW-Green Bay Police department has thoroughly checked the area and no armed subject was found. There is no threat at this time.

7:45 p.m. Update: At 6:45 p.m., the armed subject verbally confronted individuals on the arboretum trail east of E. Circle Drive. Officers were unable to locate subject and are still searching area.

7:22 p.m. GB Alert: A person with a gun was spotted on the arboretum trails of the Green Bay campus. The subject was described as a white male in his 50s wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with longer hair. Avoid all outdoor areas and stay inside. Protect yourself, seek shelter or hide out. Another alert will follow with an all clear.
